Way too big for a normal Medium

I bought a medium sized shirt from you, quality and colour was great however the size was way too big.
I am normally a medium-small so I ended up getting a medium sized shirt from you and that shirt could fit my father who is normally an extra large. Please fix your sizing as it is not standardized.
